Amazing scenery, quiet area, cozy and relaxing atmosphere with cool hosts definitely won't leave you indifferent and potentially might even make you fall in love with our place ☺️ The apartment is situated on the second floor of the newly built house, just few meters away from sea, facing beautiful Primošten aquatorium. With size of 45 m² it has one bedroom, big dining room/living room (common space), kitchen and bathroom. The bedroom has a queen size bed, while in the living room there's a pullout couch which can be used as additional sleeping space with mattress topper on it. Also the living room/dining room are connected with the kitchen which is equipped with fridge, deep freezer, stove, oven, espresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster and all other necessary accessories (cutlery, cooking and eating sets). The apartment space gets lots of daylight through the glass wall which leads out in the open terrace – offering a perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine, while absorbing relaxing sounds of the waves and unforgettable sea view. Terrace has a divider between two apartments, giving each side enough privacy. Because of how the house is located – under the road, behind a rock, and in front of the sea – the apartments get lot of refreshing breeze, which makes it a natural cooling system during summers.

L'appartement proposé par Vedran et Tea est à quelques minutes en voiture de Primosten. Il est spacieux, moderne et bien équipé. Le plus grand avantage c'est la terrasse qui offre une vue splendide sur la mer. Nous avons adoré écouter le bruit des vagues! Les hôtes ont été gentils et accueillants. Nous recommandons cette location aux futurs voyageurs!
The two of us spent two wonderful remote work weeks at Vedran& Tea's place. We still miss the sound of the water spashing on the rocks below and the view...OMG. Beautiful place all and all, we especially enjoyed the sea fig and mock orange flowers in the garden. Being just below the road does not make the place loud, and the parking is super easy. Swimming and sunbathing is especially simple, super close and relatively private. Primosten and the Statue of the Lady of Loreto are a true hidden treasure of Croatia, we were surprised. There are quite a few steps to take but we enjoyed getting a bit fitter. You have everything you need in the flat and espetially in the kitchen, but the restaurants in the area have great fish and sea food, vegetarians might have it a bit more difficult. The flat was very clean and modern just as in the pictures, nice large bed and very comfortable shower. The balcony of course is the highlight and the whole place just makes you want to buy property:)
Zu Fuss kann man bis nach Primosten laufen, alles am Meeresufer entlang. Ein Auto ist aber dennoch sehr zu empfehlen. Es hat schöne Restaurants und auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das Apparent ist direkt am Meer gelegen und sehr ruhig. Mir hat es sehr gefallen und ich würde sicherlich wieder kommen.
Location is great, right by the water and the balcony is private with beautiful views. We’d definitely go back. We were there in april during the low season so many of the surrounding homes were not occupied, things were very quiet.
Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in diesem sehr schönen Appartement direkt am Meer in ruhiger Gegend und haben uns gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Vermieter und die ganze Familie sind super nett und helfen immer bei Fragen, sind hilfsbereit, geben tolle Tipps und sind ständig erreichbar. Es war alles sauber, Ausstattung spitze, liebevolle Details und das Bett sehr bequem und natürlich der Ausblick grandios! Der Weg direkt unterm Haus ist zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad ein Traum! In der Umgebung kann man so viel unternehmen und entdecken, eine tolle Gegend hier! Wir kommen gerne wieder! :-)

Coming from D8 state road and driving along one of the most breathtaking sights on the Adriatic coast, Villa Sunset is located in Bilo, only 5 km (approx. 5 min) away from Primošten town and 20 km (approx. 20 min) from the city of Šibenik. It is situated just under the road, facing the beautiful Adriatic sea, offering the perfect place to find peace for your vacation or starting point for your Croatian adventures.
The area is peaceful and surrounded by houses locals have as their weekend homes or summer rentals during touristic season. Bilo isn't part of any city or town, which makes it perfect escape for guests and families who wish to avoid big city/beach crowds during the season. Yet, it is still close enough to the nearby towns and attractions so, if interested, you'll have plenty of activities to do & areas to explore...
Since Bilo is located in kind of remote area, you'll definitely need to plan coming here with your own transportation (car, motorbike) so keep in mind everything but the beach and few restaurants is out of walking distance!

For groceries, restaurants and other needs you'll have to go to charming Primošten, which is the nearest town. Tommy hypermarket comes after INA gas station, and in the town you'll find stuff like police station, fire station, doctor's office (closest public hospital is in Šibenik), pharmacy, post office, ATMs, exchange offices & banks, tourist office, tour & rental agencies etc. Beside public parking spaces, there are also few private ones (close to roundabout in the downtown).
