Our group was in town for bourbon tours on a bachelor trip. This place is convenient to most all distilleries if you’re driving or being picked up. It’s a short Uber or drive to downtown for good bars and restaurants. Theres plenty of room for a larger group. It’s an older quiet neighborhood in Louisville City limits. Train track is fairly close but not to where it is a nuisance. Hosts communicate very well. It’s a perfect place to lay your heads after a couple of long bourbon days and nights;)

George’s place had exactly what we needed for 8 guys going to the NFMS in Louisville. It was perfect for what we used it for .

George’s place was big enough for the 12 guest we had. We appreciate all of the updates he has made. Especially the mirrors and bathroom plugs. The place is in a safe, quaint, quiet neighborhood. The house is a older home so the floors squeak a little, but it has been remodeled. All the doors and locks worked great and we felt safe. We will definitely book again when we come for Derby. Based on the amount of beds, TVs in every room. You can’t beat it.

i suppose i should not have been surprised that the house is in the condition it is in for the price it was renting for. we were very concerned about safety as the windows are very old and do not close securely, the one bedroom closet is wide open to the crawl space below the house and front door is no heavier than a closet door. i guess we just didn't feel very secure leaving anything at the house and we were grateful we brought our own firearms. house was very clean and had alot of charm, was a good house for the money.

Great place to stay! Lots of room and in a nice location that was very easy to get to. Many great places to eat, and stores in the area for anything you need.
