The apartment was very comfortable and check in and out was easy. I really loved the location of the apartment and would definitely stay here again.

A good functional apartment to base yourself at for your stay in Firenze. We were extremely grateful to Mariana for turning out very late after we were delayed enroute…. But with more than one no 20 on Via Maffia, location information could be a bit better. Very clean, and reasonably equipped. In the case of the oven a bit too well cleaned as the markings on the dials were mostly gone, but a search of the model overcame that. 3rd floor with no lift - so a bit of a climb….. but the reward is a bright living area with plenty of sun. Location is ideal from two bridges across the river into the highlights and for the station. Plenty of restaurants nearby, but do your convenience shopping before you get there as that is a bit limited. Noise was variable - although the apartment is in a cul de sac. The centre bedroom was completely quiet, as was the sitting room/ bed 3

A nice place which is very close to the city center (took us around 15 minutes to walk to the Duomo). Very clean and with an Italian style. However, it was almost impossible to sleep in the apartment, it was extremely noisy, felt as if the noise was not coming from the outside but from the apartment. Moreover, it was cold all the time and we had to text the landlord to raise the temperature since it was not possible to do so from the apartment.
