Warm, clean house. Functional for short stay with buses into Kirkcaldy and within walking distance of retail park.

It was a lovely house in a quiet area; the living room window looked onto a pedestrianised area with a peaceful green. It was more than big enough for 5 adults and our youngest decided he could have a room to himself by claiming the bed settee, which was very easy to set up by following the pictures provided. We were up for a funeral so only stayed 2 nights but it was much more restful than if we'd stayed in a hotel. We didn't use the kitchen much apart from breakfast and hot drinks but it was well equipped with the usual appliances, including a cafetiere. There were teabags and instant coffee provided when we arrived and a shop (possibly a Sainsbury's Local) 5 minutes walk away for the basics, which was all we needed. We didn't have any contact with the hosts because we had no problems or queries. There was a loose leaf file in the kitchen which covered everything we needed including local facilities and attractions, which I'm sure is very useful for guests who don't know the area

IT was precisely what we needed - just a very few very minor fixed needed (e.g. bulbs out, kettle a bit damaged) Very nice and warm property
