The apartment looks exactly like in the photos. It’s small but comfortable and equipped with everything that you may need. There is a private parking lot available which is very handy. The apartment is located in a great spot near the beach and supermarkets. Biggest downsides? The apartment faces north and in winter it’s quite cold, even with air conditioning on. Internet is quite bad for today's standards - ADSL 4/0.5 Mbps. It’s OK for one person to work remotely or watch movies. The kitchen/bathroom ventilation was quite loud which was annoying too, especially at night. Isabelle is a nice, responsive, and caring host.

We rented Isabelle’s place during when visiting our family living in Villeneuve-Loubet and it was a perfect pick! Location was excellent, close to the beach, marina and a big supermarket but peaceful and quiet. The studio is small but cute and very clean, equipped with everything you may need, including a big balcony and nice view. Finally, Isabelle as the host was very nice and very helpful, instructed us about everything during the check in and remained available, should we require anything during our stay. We absolutely recommend Isabelle’s place! 😊

The apartment is conveniently situated near a 7/7 supermarket, a petrol station, various restaurants, shops, and offers easy access to the highway (Nice in20 mins & Antibes at 15 mins). The beautiful pebble beach is just a leisurely 10-minute walk, making it a delightful experience. Furthermore, the swimming pool is accessible at all hours for your enjoyment. Isabelle, the host, was exceptionally gracious and provided valuable recommendations for local attractions and activities. The apartment is well equipped with essential amenities such as a washing machine, clothes dryer, beach towels, BBQ, and a kitchen that has all the necessities. The balcony is a charming spot to relax, and the area is incredibly serene. You'll appreciate the double doors that effectively insulate against outside noise, and the electric shutters that ensure darkness in the mornings for a peaceful sleep. In short, this place leaves nothing to be desired, and we're already looking forward to returning next year.
