The Co-host is nice and trying to be helpful, if you like to wait for 40 minutes in a crowded lobby and you like to wait for 15 minutes to catch the elevator and you are fit enough to walk 12 floors down the view is very good the unit not so. Out of 10, 9 for the view, 2 for the place.

The place was so clean and comfy and has a perfect view of taal. My family was able to switch off and get away from everything. We would like to thank ate Cecille for giving us a hand everytime. It would be a big yes for us to come back for the third time.

Unit was better than I expected! The room was fragrant which makes it more homey. The balcony view was perfect! Ate Cecile was also very accommodating. Location is near to a lot of restaurants and supermarket. Overall, staying at Selvincent’s is value for money, and I would 100% stay here next time! I had a great Tagaytay weekend staycation!

my second time here at Sir Selvincent"s place and I must say that the stay was and still is an incredible place to stay. Amazing hosts especially Miss Cecille who was very accommodating and always on point with her communication. The listing has all the things you need. Perfect spot to view Taal. Cozy and a truly relaxing place to stay when youre in Tagaytay.
