The only good thing of this place was the caretaker, he was well behaved and polite, available 24/7. The place was the same as shown in the picture, that's it and nothing more. Description says it's a pent house, but in fact its a kind of roadside hotel inside of a pent house, with many rooms and many people around. Cleanliness, management and the vibe of entire house was much like an OYO standard. Its just a 10/10 room, a bed, table amd a chair. Balkony doors broken, washroom tiles broken, washbasin had stains, the room was dusty. By chance, I had a look inside of the kitchen and it was just too messy much like a hostel mess. I would say the place was a bachelor's pad and not suitable for a family looking for hygenic clean stay.

The property is located in the center of the city and host along with both the guys are extremely accommodating. I loved the hospitality here. I recommend this stay. If I am ever coming back to Guwahati, I will be staying here.
