Meet and greet: Guy at the reception offered us the room we haven't booked - much smaller and loudy. After we refused to check in - he offered the next room we haven't booked And just then after round 2 finally the big room that we booked Cleanliness: Walls was dirty Bathroom on the airbnb picture wasn't the same - reality was much modest

The apartment itself is fine. It is small but comfortable, and the staff are friendly. It is close to shops, restaurants and walking distance to grand bazaar and spice market. Unfortunately the AC was not working during our stay. When we checked in we were original taken to a studio which we said we didn't want as we booked an apartment. At that point we were told the AC in the apartment we booked wasn't working (we should have been told before, not just taken to the studio without explanation) and it would be fixed today. So we said let's go to the apartment we don't want the studio, we can wait for AC to be fixed today. No one came to fix AC and we were told tomorrow it would be fixed. So we stayed one night, it was extremely hot. Next day we were told again it would not be fixed, we need to wait again until tomorrow. We decided to cancel and move elsewhere as it was too hot. I can appreciate the AC needing to be fixed is not something they can control but empty promises are not good enough. If they had moved us to a similar or better room with a working AC it would have been fine but a downgrade to a studio on the bottom floor was not good enough. Also, there is no washing machine in the apartment. The staff allowed us to use one in a different apartment which was unoccupied at the time. Not sure what the procedure would be if that apartment was not available. WIFI speed was good.

Nous avons passer un agréable séjour. Nous avions une chambre double avec petit coin cuisine avec micro ondes, frigos, vaiselle... La chambre très propre, pareil pour la douche RAS. L’hotel Se situe en centre ville avec tout à proximité restaurants, alimentation, market..... Pour tout ce qui est visite les mosquées Sofia, mosquées bleu.... est a 10min. Les transports, taxis..... ne sont vraiment pas chers pareil pour la nourriture. Vraiment nous sommes vraiment pas deçu.
