Welcome! Rent two rooms and one bathroom in this wonderfully spacious 4 bedroom house. The A/C is cold, the WIFI is fast and the water is HOT! Each room is furnished with a desk, chair and queen size bed; with both 110 and 220 power. Shared spaces for you, include a large, fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, a beautiful large deck with gorgeous views and sounds of the ocean. The laundry area has a washer, dryer and a clothes line. Ceiling fans in every room with cold A/C and fast Wifi in the bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, microwave, lg fridge and stove Real hardwood floors throughout and the bed is SO comfortable with 14” mattress! You can relax and enjoy the beach view from the verandah whilst you read or eat, or work out!

One thing to keep in mind is that the location is Grenada. One of the things I made a mistake during my trip was that I was thinking that the country Grenada won't be as bad as what I heard from other people. The country is beautiful, but the life style is majorly different from what we experienced in the States. Katherine was very responsive and easily reachable. She updated me with any upcoming changes. The only issue I had was that I had to relocate the last couple of days before my trip expiration. There were days when the electricity went out. I totally forgot how sudden power outage can jam the power circuit of the AC. So, I had to live a few days without AC. I was staying over at Katherine's place for school, and her place was an ideal location as the SGU busses stop right in front of her house to pick us up. Drop off location is a bit down the road. The appliances seemed a bit old, which I did not enjoy as much. Internet speed was decent. It was probably one of the fastest in Grenada, but there were days when I had some troubles in terms of connectivity before relocating to another place of hers, which had great internet connections. It is a good place to stay for vacation.

Lance Aux Epine is very quiet. Forming one of the “fingers” of Southern Grenada, the beach access is varied and plentiful, with marinas aplenty.
There are several restaurants, grocery stores, and the most popular bar on the Island within walking distance.
Lance Aux Epines boasts its own craft brewery, where you can see the brewing process and sample many beers as tasters before settling down to good music at night.
There is a local market held at the Craft Brewery on Sunday morning, where you can buy local, fresh produce and a variety of small gifts and clothing items.
Lance Aux Epines can be reached by taxi or by bus. It is also around a 30 minute walk to the Capital, St George’s. Taxi takes around 10 minutes from Grand Anse and costs around $10 US.
The bus service in Grenada runs with many independent mini buses running the routes all over the island. There aren’t really bus stops - you just wave down a bus - or often they will stop as you’re walking and ask if you would like to hop on! It costs around 10 cents US to Grand Anse.
You can hire a car also - it’s not complicated, but you will need to get a local driving licence from the Police Station in Grand Anse, which costs around $10 US. Once you have that, car hire costs around $50 US per day.
