Located roughly one block from the beach, this peaceful home is waiting for you! One mile from downtown and right off of the Long Beach biking path, it is the perfect place for a small family or a few couples or friends. With casinos, restaurants, parks, and shopping close by, there's plenty to do for the entire group. The kitchen features a refrigerator, dish washer, and a gas stove. There is a microwave, coffee pot, crock pot, blender, baking sheets/cooking pots, utensils, cups/plates, etc. Children’s plates are closest to the refrigerator. The primary room has a king size bed, two bed side tables, and small dresser. There is an ironing board and iron located in this room. In the second bedroom, there is a queen size bed, one bed side table, and a dresser. There is a closet for storage. In the third bedroom, there is a trundle twin size bed with two mattresses; the bottom rolls out easily. There is a small bed side table. In the closet, there is a pack and play/travel crib, a booster seat with straps and tabletop (there is an actual high chair in the dining area as well), and toys. All closets have extra comforters or blankets. There are extra outlet covers for those needing them in the drawer by the refrigerator. The floors have a popping sound, resulting from new installation- it may take time for it to adjust. All bedrooms feature a sound machine to block the noise from trains; there are train tracks located at the end of the street. There is one bathroom with a shower/tub combo. There is a closet, which includes the extra bed sheets, bathroom towels, and beach towels . On the back of the closet is a full length mirror and next to the vanity is a magnifying mirror. In the utility room outside, you will find a washer and dryer. There are also beach accessories, which includes 2 low beach chairs, 2 foldable chairs (tailgating style), sand umbrella, toys, and a small rolling cart. A small cooler can be provided upon request. In the backyard you will find outdoor furniture and a metal play set with monkey bars, swings, and a slide. There is now also a children’s playhouse.
