Will's place is nice and quiet. The downsides are that it's pretty far out and although they have WIFI we usually couldn't make or receive calls. The listing says there is a heated pool, but it was under repair. The biggest inconvenience is that you had to walk thru other bedrooms to access the other bedrooms and bathrooms. Not convenient with groups that have varying sleep schedules. I also think if you list fireplaces, they should have wood available to use or include in the listing that you need to bring your own.

Authentic Santa Fe ranch with gorgeous views, a great outdoor space with pool/hot tub, and comfy beds and atmosphere- we loved our stay!

Our family spent Christmas 2023 at Will's place, and it was even better than we expected. The accommodations were excellent for our group of 9 with ample beds to spare. The ranch was a great place to visit if you're looking for a place to get away from the big city living. Highly recommended!

Overall, our stay at Will's place was great. It was about 25-30 minutes to downtown Santa Fe, but it was easy to get to and close to gas, general store, necessities when needed. Will's place is completely stocked. We cooked dinner for our entire group Friday night and had ample workspace, tools, serving dishes/plates to adequately support our group. There is ample space for a group to relax , have activities, cook, and wind down. It is noted in the description, but several of the rooms are walk through to one another. It did not bother our group at all, but would make sure that early risers have immediate door access. A few notes to set expectations. This is a wonderful, well equipped house, where the host is accommodating and open to feedback. That being said, you are staying at a house that is out in nature, which means that you will see bugs, and spiders, but also gorgeous hummingbirds, and animals. We really enjoyed our stay and felt that it was perfect for a large group.
