2nd time staying Here. And we will be back . Great location, great roof top pool area and comfortable bed

Checkin was easy and apartment easy to find. The apartment complex was modern, with a nice rooftop area incl small pool. The apartment itself was modern, well layed out, lovely bedroom and very clean, everything we expected. The key issue we didn’t expect was significant noise and this overshadowed the whole stay. We picked a residential area outside of main Sevilla sightseeing area to avoid too much noise at night. However our experience was the opposite. We were in room 105, which faced onto a single road that seemed to be used as rat run by cars. There are a few taverns in the square who were very popular and opened until 2-3am every night. Added to that the fact that there was a construction site directly opposite and started worked around 7am every morning. So unless you are a heavy sleeper, which we aren’t then your only opportunity to sleep is between 3-7am. We tried the sofa bed but it gave me backache so wasn’t an option. Such a shame, as the apartment was lovely.

Erg fijn appartement om te verblijven als je in Sevilla bent. De locatie is erg fijn, alles is op loopafstand. Er is een supermarkt aan de overkant en er zijn goede restaurants in de buurt. Het appartement is voor 2 personen ruim genoeg. Het bed ligt lekker. De badkamer is ruim. Jammer was alleen dat wij 2 dagen geen warm water hadden (had was koud tot lauw). Het appartementcomplex is netjes en rustig. Het zwembad mag wel vaker schoongemaakt worden. Ik had graag vaker van het zwembad gebruik willen maken, maar he5 was niet erg schoon. Het water en de bodem waren niet schoon en er waren helaas ook geen parasols, die wel fijn waren geweest met die heerlijke zon. Al met al een prima plek om te verblijven.

Appartement très fonctionnel et hyper bien placé ! nous avons tout visité à pied. Les photos sont en total adéquation avec la réalité ! Quartier vivant 😊

We couldn’t recommend this apartment more. The apartment block feels safe, clean and well equipped. There are nice bars, restaurants and supermarkets in the square outside and it is walkable to Seville centre. The pool and sun loungers on the roof are the cherry on the cake. We would absolutely stay here again on our next trip to Seville. Thank you Dani 😊
