Excelente ubicación del dpto. (zona estratégica), cuenta con todas las comodidades detalladas. Visitaría Salta nuevamente y recomendaría el lugar.

El departamento excelente. Buenas instalaciones y muy cómodo. Si algún día tengo la posibilidad de volver a Salta, sin dudar volvería a alojarme acá.

The apartment is modern and the twin beds can be adapted to a king size bed on demand to coincide with the official photos. Kitchen very functional with needs in replacing a few pans and bying cooking useful cutting items. Air conditioning in good condition and TV channels by the hundreds. Bathroom clean and lots of hot water. I experienced major renovations on the upatairs apartment for 8 days out of 14 and it was unbeknownst to the owner Beto, so he felt sorry for it and he compensated me for the continuous noise. In my opinion it is a fine apartment at 14 blocks of 125 meters each from the main Nueve de Julio and Belgrano squares, and it s a safe 1500 meters or so walk even late at night.

Beto's place was nice, comfortable, and clean. Mariela welcomed me at the apartment for check-in and organized the check-out as well. The internet speed worked great, no issue with conference calls or video calls. The only downside and it's no surprise is the location being a bit far away. 30 min walk to the main plaza area. 15 to 20 minutes walk to supermarket like Carrefour or Jumbo Cencosud and 15 min walk to 5asec for laundry. In general, I'd recommend this apartment for people enjoy quiet neighborhood and experience the local residential area.
