This house was a steal for the size and everything it provided for our group. Hervé was a wonderful host. Gave detailed instructions leading up to check in, quick to respond to any questions I had, and so friendly with his feedback. Provided plenty of towels, blankets, kitchen/bathroom supplies, beach supplies, and a nice welcome tray with snacks and some cold drinks in the fridge. Everything was so clean on arrival and all of the beds were super comfortable. We had a large group, there were plenty of towels, hot water for showers, outdoor deck space on all three floors, beach chairs, and dining space for all. Beach is a very short walk across the street and not nearly as crowded as the other beaches nearby. Peaceful, quiet views from the decks overlooking trees/small water area. Many restaurants within 5-10 minutes away. Grocery stores within 10 min away. It’s a small workout going up the stairs to the front door when toting heavy luggage but worth it to stay in this wonderful house!

The Blue Manor was so much more than we expected. It was serene and relaxing. The private beach was a short distance from the house. We enjoyed drinking coffee on the decks and watching the many varieties of birds. He had everything we needed for our stay! When we had questions, Herve was quick to respond! Best AirBNB yet!

What a lovely place - close to the beach, added fun with kayaks to use, and all the amenities we could have wanted! If we’re back in the area we’ll definitely book here again!

Herve was a great host. He responded very quickly to our questions. The house was better than we expected. The house is at the end of a street on a cul de sac, so there was really no traffic. There was plenty of room for the 4 adults and 3 children . So many places to sit and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. We were only 2 min drive to Johnson Beach National Park. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes, pots and pans, coffee mugs- even down to lots of seasonings in the pantry! So many things I would never have considered, he had there. There was even a shop vac that we used on the last day to vacuum the cars before we got on the road! It was our first time to Perdido Keys and hope to return to this house.

Though we never actually met face to face Hervé was the perfect host. He supplied everything we could possibly need from welcome snacks and cold drinks at arrival, beach towels, chairs, and kayaks and a prepaid Visa card in case we needed something he did not have.(We did not need it). He was very responsive to all texts especially when the entire neighborhood had a sudden loss of water. (Not a common occurrence). He immediately got in touch with his local contact to check the alerts and inform us of the expected repair of the main and return of service. The location was convenient to grocery stores with only a two minute drive to Gulf Shores National Seashore. Our stay exceeded our expectations and we look forward to returning next year
