From the moment we arrived until departure, kuya Jaime & Mylene went above and beyond to ensure that our stay will be great! Rooms were spotless, and the facilities were well-maintained. The house cleanliness surpassed my expectations. Rooms were spacious, well-appointed, and equipped with all necessary amenities. Great value for the price paid. Will definitely rent the place again. Thank you for a relaxing weekend😊

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and looked like the photos in the listing. Centrally located and minutes away from All Day Mart, laundry mat and shopping. Tatay was super friendly and welcomed us into the home, he also assisted with check-out. The A/C in 2 of the bedrooms + living room was a huge plus! We were able to use grab for food delivery and quick transportation. We had a few issues arise but communicated with Mylene who was responsive. The neighborhood itself has a security guard and patrolled the streets so we always felt safe. It was nice to have a designated parking spot in front of the home as we brought a vehicle.

Our stay was almost extremely perfect. Tatay Jaime was so approachable and enthusiastic. He even speaks "waray" like we do. I just said "almost" because minimal issue. The house was infested with mosquitoes and we have a baby to put on concern. She got bite marks that until now is visible. But nevertheless, house and neighborhood is beautiful. Staying there inspired us to buy house like this beautiful. Thank you tatay Jaime and Ma'am Mylene, we will book you again sometime.

We had a great stay! This location was perfect for us an our extended family that lived in the area. A perfect spot to host dinners and have a place to spend time together. We stayed as a family of 3 which was perfect as there were bunk beds. The other rooms were ideal for our extended family. Having a room and full bathroom on the first floor was so helpful for our family that couldn't walk up the stairs. The house is as shown in the photos. Air Con that is suitable and works well for the whole house. The laundry area is also very clean and easy to use. Mylene was very responsive and helpful.
