El departamento tiene un limite de 75 litros de agua caliente Una ducha de 5 minutos consume 25 Eramos 4 y no se pueden bañar al mismo tiempo por que el agua caliente se termina La idea de rentar en airbnb es sustituir un hotel, si hay limitaciones tebdria que ser claro el anuncio
The place was comfortable, clean and very well located near streets like Alcalá and Gran Via with lots of shops, cafes and restaurants. It's on a third floor without elevator so keep in mind if traveling with people with limited mobility or if you have heavy luggage. The apartment doesn't face the street, it's located in an interior building, you'll have to walk through a passage before getting to the stairs, so while the apartment has lots of windows and is well ventilated you won't get any views. It's also not too dark but you don't get a lot of daylight either. The beds are very comfortable, the main bedroom is a little small but functional, the second bedroom is comfortable with room for storage. The sofa bed is comfortable too and the kitchen is well equipped. The place has two bathrooms but we only used one shower as the one on the main bedroom is tiny so it's a bit uncomfortable and we didn't want to get the floor wet. I do recommend the place but wanted to share the caveats.
