Perfect for a weekend in Clitheroe. it is worth noting that 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms are available but if you only reserve 1 the other 2 rooms are not let to anyone else. You do not therefore need to share the bathroom with anyone who is not in your party. We really appreciated the tea, coffee, milk etc. This is a very quiet location.

Stephen, our host, gave clear instructions to get into the property and was available to us several times during our stay. He was really friendly and just went above and beyond. He helped with some really practical things including lending us a piece of equipment that made my stay so much better. Lovely and clean, and a quiet comfortable sleep, situated a short distance from pubs, cafes, restaurants and the castle keep & museum. He also allowed us to extend our parking since he wasn’t expecting another guest. Highly recommended 😊

Very convenient location for Holmes Mill where we were attending a wedding - just a 10 minute walk. The description is accurate. It's a simple place but that's all we needed for an evening's stay.

Stephen’s place was just what we were looking for whilst attending a wedding in the locals area. It’s very easy to find and a short walk to local amenities and the town centre. Excellent views of the Ribble valley too!
