This was our first experience of using Airbnb and it did not disappoint. Booking was easy, and to our surprise and delight, John was in touch early to ensure we had all the info we needed for arriving. On arrival, which was later than expected due to traffic, John was readily available to meet us and give us the tour, he had also left us some essentials to save us running to the shop, very kind! He also provided his number in case we needed anything urgently. The property itself is stunning and is privately situated away from the main road and surrounded by fields in which you’ll see all manner of wildlife, a pleasant surprise in the morning. John himself was able to recommend a good restaurant which we visited and would go back to again. On checking out John came to wish us a safe journey, it’s the personal touch which meant so much to us. I’d highly recommend anyone visiting Hull to book this property, we will certainly be back. Huge thank you John, look forward to visiting again.

We had a lovely quiet stay, good location for visiting seaside and towns. Having a box of essentials, fruit and fridge items was a lovely touch as we hadn’t brought much with us. Place as comfortable and clean and lots of freedom for the dog to roam and play.

Lovely peaceful stay, and secure paddock for dog. Easy access to shops whilst having a rural feel. Good communication from John throughout. Would recommend.

Another excellent stay, our third here. We're disappointed if its already booked by someone else if we have an upcoming trip to the area to visit relatives, as it's far superior to any other options available either self catering or hotels in the vicinity as far as our needs go. Great for our wee dog, lovely separate dog-garden enclosed next to a pretty garden. birds tweeting, nice local lane for a short walk. Spacious, clean and bright flat. Parking right outside the door suits us as we usually have a lot of stuff. We appreciated John's generous welcome hamper too. Highly recommended.
