We had a nice stay at the condo. Overall, I’d stay again. The pros: great location, well equipped kitchen, great balcony with beach views, easy beach access, beach umbrella, chairs and toys in the garage. The cons: pool was small and covered in bird poop all the time. A/C issues - can’t go below 74 degrees and we had the property manager visit because it was leaking into the unit below. It was a known problem. Dishwasher was smelly and had black spots inside so we hand washed our dishes.

We enjoyed our stay at Daniel's place. It is located right on the beach which is nice. The pool is small and located behind the unit, close to the road. the Beach is big and beautiful though. we saw a space x launch from the balcony one of the nights we were there. the unit is spacious with a big Kitchen. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The manager Cathy was a joy to talk to and extremely helpful and such a nice person.

This is the second year we have stayed at Daniel’s place and had a wonderful time ! A great location on south cocoa beach, perfectly located on the beach with great views. It is quiet place with quick access to restaurants etc. we took long walks on the beach which is not crowded The 2 BR 2 bath unit itself is well equipped and squeaky clean with all the amenities Love the place ! We will be back again

The Good The condo is very nice in a great location and just a stones throw from the beach The Bad The host(DAN) conveniently forgot to tell us that the roof was going to be worked on the entire time of our 10 day stay and ghosted me for a day and a half when I finally complained about it!
