This place was fantastic. One of the cleanest places we have stayed. Very nicely setup inside. It's close to town but far enough out it's very quiet and peaceful to sit on the patio. Janis was incredibly helpful. She gave us lots of suggestions of places to visit and hikes to do as well as basically unlimited firewood for the fire pit. The best part was the tour of her gardens and getting to meet all the friendly animals (dogs, cats, goats!).

Hideaway provided excellent, quality amenities for a tiny house. Janis is top notch responsive. The gated patio, even bowls for pets make this location very pet friendly.

Stayed here for a week with my boyfriend, dog, and cat. It was the perfect spot for our stay! Janis was the best host. She made us feel right at home and even helped watch our pup one day 😁😁. Would recommend 10/10 if your looking for a nice cozy stay. It also has a cute fenced in area which we used nightly for a fire. Next time we travel this way, we will be booking again!

Janis is a phenomenal host. On top of everything. We felt right at home. The place is very quiet and that’s what I wanted. I highly recommend staying at her place if ever anyone is in Sequim.

Janis was an amazing host! She respected privacy but was also available to offer suggestions and provide any support needed. She was also a joy to talk to- great personality, interesting, and very personable! The place was great! It was very safe and super comfortable! After exploring the area during the day, it was the perfect place to relax on the sofa and settle down in front of a movie. She told us to make ourselves at home and we did! It was exactly what we were looking for- a change of pace and scenery for a relaxing weekend! We will definitely be back! Thank you, Janis!
