Brilliant location, lovely neighbourhood opposite the park with lots of restaurants, shops and tram ride away from the city centre. Nicely decorated, comfy beds and clean though-out. Hosts Guido & Lou were very helpful. One of our party tripped and broke her wrist, Guido helped us find the hospital and kindly left us a bottle of wine to ease the pain. There is construction work going on in the area this didn’t cause us any issues as we were out during the day.

The hosts are kind, wonderful and pleasant people. There recommendations were on point and helpful. The apartment was clean, well organized and was equipped with utensils and everything you need to cook for yourself. The beds are super comfortable and the park across the street is a real nice place for a walk or picnic ;) I hope you’ll have a wonderful stay as we did 😁

I have a few complaints that have ruined my holiday. 1) There is building work being carried out at the front and back of the house from the early hours of the morning. If we had known about this we would have cancelled the accommodation. It made it impossible to sleep. 2) The WiFi is only available in half the of the flat. 3) neighbours in the house above, who are the hosts, make constant noise through the evening with what sounds like furniture being moved etc. 3) music and noise from the hosts being played in the garden while they entertain. 4) This is disturbing and made me uneasy. The cohost entered our flat without permission. I only know of the once but could have been many times when we were not in the flat. 5) Hosts dogs barking. 6) Not enough resources, e.g cutlery 7) Draining issues in the shower. 8) No hot water from two of the sinks. 9) Pool table and table football unusable due to poor condition. 10) Freezer not defrosted so practically unusable. 11) fridge dirty.
