As a fellow Builder/ Developer Southern Charm exceeded my expectations! They were so SWEET, HOSPITABLE and ACCOMMODATING as I had my Brother who’s a High School Coach from Florida and my Son playing in a National Event on ESPN. We were literally on the road, when the hotel cancelled our accommodations. So I went on Airbnb for the 1st time and made these last minute reservations as I was extremely freaking out because I’m saying to my brother “where are we going to find a home with my taste of development and last minute to accommodate this team; we’re responsible for these boys”…. and Southern Charm came in CLUTCH 🏀 In closing, I would “H” Highly Recommend this property; the boys had an AMAZING TIME! Some of them never seen a basement before never mind a FINISHED Basement, so what a FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE! Best Regards Miss “H” Home Builder
