Zonya is a hostess extraordinaire! She and Wade have thought of all the little things that a guest would need, and we’re incredible communicative and helpful. They live very close by and it was a pleasure to meet and chat with them. The house is cozy and comfortable and we felt right at home. It’s located in a small community (Glenburnie) - the type of place where everyone waves when they go by. We enjoyed the back deck and campfire for relaxing under a starry sky. The bay waterfront is a short walk away with a boardwalk. This was a super place to base out of to access all the Gros Morne hikes both to the south as well as to the north. It is a 1-hour drive up to the Western Brook Pond. We found it easy to get the groceries we needed at the convenience stores in Woody Point and Norris Point. Our favourite places to eat nearby were Old Store Cafe, Seaside Restaurant , and takeout from Blue Whale Diner.

My friends and I were so happy to arrive at George William house after a long day of driving. The house was cozy and comfortable and had everything we needed right at our fingertips. One thing we noticed right away was how spotlessly clean everything was! I am a frequent traveller and I'm not exaggerating when I say this was the cleanest accommodation I've stayed in, even compared to upscale hotels across the country. Still, I think the best part of our stay was meeting Zonya and Wade. They are so warm and friendly. They live close by, and while they gave us our space and privacy, they made sure we had everything we needed for the best possible holiday. I can't say enough about this place, and I have zero complaints. I would stay there again in the future without hesitation.

We very much enjoyed staying at Zonya's. The house is well equipped with everything you could need. Lovely surroundings and very spacious and comfortable. Would definitely recommend. Thanks for the stay.

Stayed at Zonya's place for three nights. There were three of us but the house could very comfortably accommodate six. I have stayed in a lot of AirBnB's in North America, South America, Asia and Europe. Zonya's AirBnB was the cleanest by far! Everything was well laid out, equipped and easy to find. And Zonya answered any queries within an hour or less. Well stocked kitchen - everything for a short or long term stay. Zonya left us amazing coffee, homemade jam and homemade bread on arrival. A separate dining room was nice to have a little extra space in addition to the living room to realize, read and do emails. Nice outside sitting area with table for eating outside, great BBQ and a fire pit ready to go!
