This place was a fantastic find for my family of 4 (includes a 3 and 1 year old)! Location is a really nice middle area between Rivertown, where you'll find all the big stores you might need, and the smaller beach towns like Greenpoint. House is the perfect amount of space for what we needed, and the screened-in porch was such a nice addition. My 1 year old had a great time playing with all the ping pong balls, and my 3 year old loved going through all the games available in the living room. Kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials and anything else you'll really need. We used the grill a few times, which was so nice to have. I also love that there were spices, salts, oils, sprays, etc. as needed, along with other things like trash bags, aluminum foil, papertowels, you name it. Laundry detergent and dishwasher pods also available to use. Overall an amazing time!

Irene was a great host, and her place was great! She was extremely responsive on communications, and was flexible with us as our plans changed a bit. The location was also great - very walkable to the beach and pier, and loved that there were some beach toys for the kids to play with.

This location is amazing and Irene is a fantastic host! The place was adorable and perfectly described, with plenty of amenities. Came in January, but would love to return in the warmer months!

We loved Irene's guesthouse! Short walk to South Jamesport Beach. Quick drive to good eats like Barrow Food House, Main Road Biscuit Co., and the Jedediah Hawkins restaurant. The home was very neat, clean and cozy. The bed was firm and supportive with a soft top. The bedding was really nice and comfortable. Irene was quick and responsive. She sent clear check-in and check-out instructions that didn't take much time or effort to complete. The home felt private even though Irene was occasionally upstairs. We had an issue come up (our own fault, nothing to do with the home or host) that we reached out to Irene about and she was able to resolve the issue for us incredibly quickly. Overall, highly recommend!
