There are breathtaking views of the mountains and the entire Prades valley. You have all the necessary equipment, including wifi. Ria Sirach is a small town at the foot of the Pyrenees of about 1200 inhabitants, which is 3 km from Prades, the capital of the Conflent. There is a grocery store, bakery, pharmacy, bar-restaurant and post office a few minutes walk from the house. The 1st supermarket (Lidl) is 1.5 km away towards Prades, the capital of Conflent. There, you can do your shopping at the market on Tuesdays, at the shops in the city center and at supermarkets like superU and Intermarché. Following the RN 116 towards Andorra (about 1 hour by car) you arrive after 5 minutes in Villefranche de Conflent, a medieval site which is part of the UNESCO heritage. There You can visit caves or ride the famous yellow train that goes up in the Pyrenees. A little further you will find thermal sites, such as Vernet les Bains (for spa guests) or St Thomas, where you can bathe in a thermal pool outside. Perpignan is 30 minutes by car, or you take the train at Ria station or a departmental bus that takes you for 1€ each way. We need 45 min. by car to get to the sea, otherwise you have Lake Vinça with its beach 15 minutes away. To get to Ria, you have to take one or the other motorway exit from Perpignan and follow the RN 116 (30 minutes) There is an airport in Perpignan (50 km) and also in Girona (140 km) or Barcelona in Spain From Perpignan, there is a train and a bus that go directly to Ria. The house is at the end of the village, so there are neighbors nearby, but we are alone and quiet. You can park in front of the house, otherwise there is a large free car park 50m further. Your accommodation occupies the entire upper part of the house with 100m2 of living space inside, 3 large terraces outside and the swimming pool. You have to climb 1 large staircase and then the first floor presents itself as a single-storey house. On the ground floor there is a small apartment with a separate entrance on the other side and unrelated to the top. You do not share the pool or the outdoor grounds with other people, all the outdoor space and the pool are exclusively for You. The main entrance leads you by an external staircase passing by the swimming pool in front of a landscape of rock and a large terrace with mood lighting on the 1st floor in front of the entrance to the kitchen (16m2) The inground pool has a diameter of 5.50m and 1.20m deep. On the first day, the owner checks with You that the pool is working properly and will explain to You how to proceed with the treatment of the water. (Chlor, filter) Any products used will be the responsibility of the owner. Pool side You have 4 deckchairs and a table with 6 armchairs. There is a barbecue installed in height which allows you to grill with charcoal. From the kitchen on the right you access the living room / living room with dining room and an office area (in all 40m2). The living area has two sofas and a 55" (140cm) TV. There is a bedroom with a large double bed (queen size, 2x1.60) to the right of the living room. Leaving the living room you enter a closed veranda which serves as a bedroom with a sofa bed for 2 people (click-clack) followed by another terrace with a view of the village. A staircase goes up from the living room to the mezzanine (20m2), where there is 1 double bed, 1 single bed with an extra mattress if needed and a living area. Books and board games are available during your stay. Going straight from the kitchen is a corridor which gives access to the bathroom with a shower cubicle, 2 sinks and a toilet. Next to it there is another toilet with sink. On the front, there is another terrace equipped with a table and several chairs with an unobstructed view of the Conflent valley and Prades. The top of the house has a living area of ​​approximately 100m2 and is set in 600m2 of land. You have a total of 3 terraces, so you have plenty of space even if several people live there together. As it is located on a slope and you have to climb stairs, it is not recommended for people with reduced mobility. The house has a very quiet environment and superb views of the forests and hills. A river is 30 m away and many nature walks are possible starting directly from the house.
