Jim and Ann have a lovely, modern, comfortable, and well-equipped home and we thoroughly enjoyed our three nights there. we had some wonderful conversations with Jim and Ann, and meeting their dogs Bailey, Fly, and Glen was an extra treat. Kilcon Farmhouse will be our first choice should we be in the area again. Highly recommended.

Fabulous cottage, had all the amenities we needed. Spotless clean, beds were very comfortable and location is fabulous and very well located for connecting roads to the north and south of Ireland. It was just over an hour from Dublin airport . Only 30 mins to BlackRock to enjoy the coast and restaurants. Plenty of facilities within close driving distance. Our host was amazing, so kind and helpful and my teenager even helped feed the cows with Jim one afternoon! The views are breathtaking and the location is so quiet and peaceful. Check in and communication was excellent. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this house , you won’t be disappointed. I really couldn’t fault it at all and I hope to come back and stay here again! It’s one of the best AirB&B places I have stayed in. Thank you so much to the fabulous hosts!

We stayed in Jim's place for 3 weeks. we were working on 2 projects, in Newry and Armagh, so it was perfectly placed between the two. The place itself is a farmhouse in a remote location, although Jim and Ann live 100m away, and are super helpful and responsive. The house is very well equipped, with a super kitchen, log burner in the lounge and 4 double bedrooms... 1 is ensuite, and the other 3 share a bathroom. there is also a toilet downstairs. We cycled 5 different colleagues, but it was no problem when asked, for Ann to change the bedding for us when changing over. We comfortably parked 4 vans on the drive, it's a large house and it fitted our needs perfectly. Jim and Ann are perfect hosts, and even received packages sent from our base in England via carrier for us... we are really grateful for their lovely home and great care they took of us, I can highly recommend their place... 10/10.

Wow! Just wow! Jim and Ann have a beautiful home with everything we could have wanted or needed. The house was immaculate and the beds were comfortable. While a bit remote, it was exactly what we were looking for and we so enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend the house as an amazing place to stay and can't say enough about our hosts. Thank you to both of them!!

We’ve stayed with Jim and Ann twice now, once during Covid while I was pregnant, and then a year later with my baby and husband! Both times have been great, no complaints! They are sweet and gentle, and their dog Bailey is awesome. I like their cows too.
