Wonderful preserved old home with unique architecture and modern amenities. Very accommodating host that is quickly responsive to questions and needs. The location is amazing and convenient to walking in the city.

Faye's airbnb is in a great location--walkable to the convention center (my colleagues and I were there for a conference) and a ton of great restaurants and cafes, and in a very cute neighborhood. The house is very comfortable (though note that there are a LOT of stairs) so if you have mobility issues it may not be the best choice. We also appreciated little touches like a welcome basket of snacks. If I'm in Philly with a group in the future, I would definitely stay at Faye's again.

Wonderful stay for our family in a beautiful old house in Rittenhouse Square! Host was very accommodating and responsive to one minor issue we had. Very unique home that felt cozy and special, in a central location. Parking was sometimes tricky but overall not a big deal. A great find and great for families!
