Alles wie beschrieben; Sascha ist super freundlich und gab sogar Empfehlungen was wir machen könnten; der Whirlpool auf der Dachterrasse hält was er verspricht, alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert!

Our host Sascha was super friendly, helpful and welcoming. The apartment is spacious, bed comfortable (low height) with an abundance of natural light and true to images on the website. It’s well located, a walk to the old town of Ulm takes 20 min and just 5 min to the Galleria and supermarkets. Alternatively, the bus stop is located very near the apartment. The apartment was in slight disarray on our arrival with patio furniture stacked in a corner and we found used bath towels and robes in the laundry, these we were happy to wash as requested. Also we noted there wasn’t an iron which Sascha promptly replaced. For our 6 week stay we were disappointed to find no microwave cookware and ovenware. The lack of a functioning hot water supply to the kitchen sink was an inconvenience and in the bathroom the damaged overhead rain-shower made it unusable, (however the wand-shower fitting worked well), it was also necessary to jury-rigg the new sink tap to redirect the water flow so that the sink was usable. Unfortunately, it was not possible to rectify these issues before our arrival due to labour shortages (post-Covid19). Once these problems and the general maintenance is addressed it will be a Luxe Penthouse stay. The Miele appliances, jacuzzi, and mood lighting throughout the apartment were much appreciated.

Wir hatten ein paar tolle Tage in dem Loft und haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt. Wenn Fragen offen waren hat uns Sascha sofort geantwortet und versucht zu helfen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir hatten eine super Zeit in diesem Penthaus. Die Ausstattung war fast noch besser als erwartet. Der Jacuzzi, die enorme Terrasse und der Grill haben wir fast täglich genutzt. Der Stadt Ulm war einfach per Fuss zu erreichen und der Supermarkt Kaufland war gleich um die Ecke. Absolut die beste Erfahrung die man mi Airbnb haben kann.
