Orahovac is a quiet, peaceful place, with 3 nice beach bars-restaurants, one hotel
and 2 shops.
Kotor old town is 8 km from the house and 2 km away is the Chogi Mar fish market which always has fresh fish. Our recommendation is sea bream and gray Gambero and may prepare them in front of the house on the barbeque at our private plot. Ask the market staff to clean the fish for you, and if you are late or catch the fish yourself, you can clean the fish in the sea in front of the house.

We recommend that guests visit Perast, the old town of Kotor, the restaurant Stari Milini and the church of St. Djordje in Orahovac and Merry store with fresh fruit.

There is a footpath from the house to the church and through the forest on the slopes of the mountain (about 1 hour with a break), through which it is nice to walk or run in the morning before the sun or in the afternoon before dark.The nature is beautiful with a nice view at some moments of the entire bay.
In front of the house, at privileged prices, you can enjoy water skiing, wakeboarding, boat trip, donuts, banana, kayak for 2 people, or Paddle Boards. So you can send your friends to learn to ski and you can watch them from the room (from the bed), terrace or enjoy with them on the boat and make sensational photos..
1 km away there is a tavern that serves fresh shellfish and freshly prepared fish on the grill.
