We were communicating with Jacqueline who puts everything together for Brian. We were met by her at the door and shown inside where most everything was explained. The house is easy to get to although, coming into town we had a GPS. If you din't have one, it might be tricky but, Prince Albert isn't that big. The place was very clean and well kept with lots of supplies including what I like to judge airbnb by...they had paper towels...lol. I don't know what it is but, lots if not most airbnbs don't have them??? The place was very well equipped with everything except a clothes washer/dryer. Be sure to know when load shedding is going on otherwise, you may not have internet or hot water for bathing. The fireplace was a nice touch and we used it at night. Lots of dishes, stove is great, big frig, comfy furniture and the bed is nice. I would come back

Even better than what we hoped for! Nieuwehuyz is a gem in Prince Albert 💎. Can’t wait for our next visit! All the mod cons, modern design but with lots of history, super comfortable stay. Thanks Brian, Jacqueline and team 👏

This is absolutely a magnificent place to stay in Prince Albert - the best! We loved the house with all its interesting items displayed and so much history. It is also very modern at the same time and has a beautiful living area opening to the back patio where you can just relax. There is too much to list - just go!

You could not have a better location and accommodation. Perfect and very well appointed with the benefit of power when everyone else is in darkness. Really appreciated the braai facility’s all ready for use, great appliances and Jacqueline was always ready to help if required.

The accommodation was outstanding, so much so that we extended our stay. Good position , views, safe and very comfortable. The space is well designed and the house has all the required mod cons etc. Deserves a very high star rating. Lee
