We had a great stay, Lulu was super helpful and gave us amazing local recommendations which was nice to be outside of the more touristy area. If you stay here you have to go to Albaricoque for breakfast!! Amazing food and El Super Hit II for lunch was soo good! Giselle was also available if needed but Lulu was very responsive on Whats app (we don’t speak very good Spanish so the best way to communicate was on Whats app instead of in person). Thank you Lulu and Giselle for an awesome stay.

I will be forever grateful for Lulu & Giselles hospitality, recommendations, and attentiveness. From the moment I arrived I felt welcomed and taken care of. The room was absolutely perfect, spotless, comfortable and beautiful. The hot water worked great, although I barely used it because cold showers were nice after being in the heat all day. The patio area was amazing with lovely plants & bougainvillea and I saw several hummingbirds. The whole experience with Casa Paloma, Lulu & Giselle, and Cozumel was wonderful and magical. Needless to say, I will be back! If you are thinking about booking this, do yourself a favor and do it!! You won't regret it 😍

A lovely and extremely clean accomodation, very good value for money in Cozumel. The host is very communicative via whattsapp, it’s a lovely family living in the building and happy to help or give you privacy. The room is large and very clean. There is a lovely and large terrace in the shade that you can use. Location is in a residential area, perfect to experience the ‘local’ life. You’ll need to rent a bike/scooter or get taxis to get into town and beaches but this is normal everywhere on the island.
