Carolyn responsiveness quickly to every when had questions. The space was perfect for two families craving together. The beach that is waking distance was not our favorite, but other beaches were a quick drive away. We spent a lot of time in the pool and grilled many meals on roof top.

Just returned from a great stay at Casa Sophia. Overall the home and location were great. The security at the gate was welcoming and the convenience to town couldn’t be beat. The only downside was a poignant sewage smell on the first floor that lingered for the last few days of our stay. Aside from that it was a wonderful stay.

Stayed here with a group of 6 of including a toddler. The layout was great for a bigger group with separate bathrooms being a plus. Kitchen was well stocked and there was extra bedding. We spent lots of time enjoying the pool, hot tub, and rooftop patio. A word of caution, there are holes big enough for a toddler to fall through on the top deck so we definitely needed to keep a close eye on him when we were up there. Location of this place was great with brand new Fresco grocery store right across the street, with a pedestrian cross walk to cross the highway directly outside the complex. We rented a car and visited Todos Santos, San Jose, and downtown. It was also a quick Uber downtown/to the marina. We felt super safe here. The beach was a short walk away and had amazing snorkeling and a sandy beach (though a little rocky, safe for swimming). House was well stocked with beach gear - snorkels, umbrellas, chairs, beach toys galore. Try the taco place down the street (best pina coladas)!

The house was beautiful. The pool, hot tub, and roof deck were great amenities that we used often. The views from the house were amazing. It’s a little odd having the dishwasher in the laundry room, but we made it work. There lots of pool and beach gear to use which we appreciated. We had a wonderful time! Thank you!

Casa Sophia is a great house, close to a very nice private beach. The house provide chairs and parasol for the beach. The gated community is private and safe. The house is beautiful, and the staff is very responsive. We had an issue with the hot tub which was promptly resolved. A fancy super market is just across the street from the gated community so it's easy to buy nice fresh products. Using Uber worked very well for the five of us since we did not rent a car. I would highly recommend this beautiful house.
