After the passengers check out, we will clean the room as soon as possible for you to stay. 常見問題Q&A: 1.如果提早到可以寄放行李嗎？ 答:我們提供行李寄放服務，但不負保管之責，行李可以置放在一樓大廳上鎖，請妥善保管鑰匙，如果鑰匙遺失將會向您收取800元的鑰匙費用。 2.請問衛浴設備需要與他人共用嗎？房內有會和他人有共用空間嗎？ 答:衛浴設備都是房內獨立使用，無需與他人共用。 3.我要怎麼入住，需要跟房東拿鑰匙嗎？ 答:我們入住都採用自助式，訂房完成後，我會給您詳細的入住資訊，不論何時，您都可自行入住。 4.如果提早到可以提早入住嗎？ 答:因為前房客尚未退房，退房後房務人員也需時間整理清潔，若您提早到，可先將行李寄放，待入住時間到即可入住。 5.第一次來台，環境不熟悉，您這兒會不會很難找? 答:我們有詳細的入住資訊，建議您先將入住資訊提前下載或列印，依照指示都能很快找到民宿喔~ 6.房內有提供哪些東西呢? 答:房內有提供洗髮精、沐浴乳、毛巾、衛生紙、吹風機，您只需自備牙膏、牙刷、洗面乳及您的私人保養品即可。 7.入住期間內有房務清潔服務嗎?會定期更換毛巾嗎? 答:為了避免爭議，在您入住期間我們不會進入您的房間，所以沒有提供房務清潔服務。房間內提供清掃用具，如需清潔煩請自理喔~ 每位旅客只提供一條毛巾，入住期間請自行清洗並晾乾毛巾喔~ ---------------- Notifications ----------------- 1. A: No worry, all be independently for your own use. 3. How to check in? Do I need to get the room key from the landlord? A: We use self-check-in for all stays. After the reservation is completed, I will give you detailed check-in information. You can check in at any time. 4. If I arrive early, can I check in early? A: Because the previous guest has not checked out yet, also the house keeper will need time to clean up after check-out. If you arrive early, you can store your luggage here and check in on the right time. 5. It's my first time to visit Taiwan, not sure if I can find your apartment, is it hard to find the place? A: No worry, we have detailed check-in information for you. You can download or print it out before you arrive. By following the instructions, you can quickly find us. 6. What's toiletries available in the room? A: We provide shampoo, shower gel, towel, toilet paper and hair dryer in the room. You only need to bring your own toothpaste, toothbrush, facial cleanser and your personal care products. 7. Is there a housekeeping service during my stay? Will the towels be changed regularly? A: To avoid disputes, we will not enter the room during your stay, so there is no housekeeping service during the stay.
