Erika and Casey made us feel right at home! We were a big group that wanted to have a restful and fun getaway to celebrate my 30th birthday! Erika and Casey were very responsive and had easy/clear information as well as great recommendations of what to do around town! We had a great time and would definitely go again :)

We loved staying here! We came with family and everyone had enough space and the amenities were excellent. The kitchen is extremely well stocked, the beds and linens were comfortable and the other details throughout the home were well thought out. Erika and Casey were great hosts that communicated well and made us feel comfortable.

I rented this place for me and my out of state family members to stay while visiting my father who is on Hospice. The house was very clean and the hosts thought of every detail to make our stay more comfortable. From disposable slippers to a welcome basket with goodies and treats. The outdoor fire pit and hot tub was a great space to relax and hangout together. The hosts were extremely responsive with any questions or concerns we had including coming in person to shovel and salt the walkways and driveways after a snow storm. It’s only a 10 min drive to downtown Shelburne Falls. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone wanting a quiet clean and spacious area to get together with friends and family.

I'd give this 10 stars if I could! The MOST organized, communicative, clean Airbnb stay and hosts I've ever encountered. A welcome basket, note, and book that explain the rules, nearby attractions, house info, wifi, and contact information! so helpful! The option for early check-in and late check-out at reduced rate were ideal for us! The essentials were provided. Stainless pots and pans not scratched Teflon! Knives that actually cut! most Airbnbs have poor quality items and don't provide any cooking essentials like salt or oil and those small details make ALL the difference! Family friendly (kids loved the children's books)! This stay has it all! We'd return in a heartbeat! Thank you so much!
