Eric’s place was perfect for 4 golfers. Everyone had a room. Couches were perfect for 4. Pool was great. Location on the Southern Dunes Golf Course is awesome. Highly recommend this place.

Convenient location for any activity in the Central Florida area. The house is in a safe and quiet neighborhood, close to restaurants and shopping. It's as described and seen in the pictures, and Eric was in close contact the whole time we were there. We had brought my elderly, less mobile parents down to attend family events, so my concerns were about them being safe in the house, even if none of us youngers were there. No worries! The house is one floor only with wide doors and a step-in shower in the main suite, the A/C was cold, and the TV played the Celtics. Pa was happy, so everyone was happy. Thanks for a great stay, Eric!
