This place is lovely, however be warned. The instructions to get in were completely wrong and then we waited an hour and a half on the doorstep, while ringing the ‘24hour’ concierge continuously, only to find the lock box was empty and we had to walk to a completely separate building to get the key. Such a waste of time when we only had a short time in bath.

We very much enjoyed staying in this beautiful, gracious and comfortable maisonette. It was well-equipped and spotlessly clean. It was central, next to the Circus and Royal Crescent, shops and restaurants, but quiet at night. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was well presented, clean and well-equipped. Easy access to the town centre. The host provided an easily accessible guide with recommendations for things to do, places to go, local restaurants and supermarkets. A welcome pack included milk, tea, coffee and biscuits so we were able to settle in for the night. The area was peaceful and easy to find. The flat was also quiet with a secluded outdoor area for an early morning coffee before heading out. Wi-Fi is also included which came in handy as cell phone reception was intermittent (maybe due to the thick walls). Bath is a beautiful city and when I visit again, I would definitely choose to stay at this property again. I would highly recommend a stay here. It’s perfect for a family staycation or a small group of friends. Loved it!
