自我介绍

Hi! My name is Matija, i live in Zadar in family house in ground floor where I went to Chemistry school and study at Graphic design University in Zagreb. I was training swimming from my 10th year of life till i went on collage in other city. I swim at some competitions arround croatia in younger categories, my style was butterfly, and i have arround 20 medals (golden, silver, bronze) and i swim marathons from my 10 th year when i get aword (Medal) for youngest that swimm Preko - Zadar marathon which is arround 5 km but at open sea where dept of the sea is till 70 m and temperature was 17 °c. My hoby is painting graphic art pictures as my dad is doing also and as we learn on University. We have 3 apartments in our family house that we rent through summer time and i book it through whole year and hosting the guests, doing paper work for taxes and all other payments. And when it is necessairly i helped with cleaning. So there is a lot of job to do, but i enjoy it, and i am very happy when guests are satisfied and happy with apartment and their vacation. When i see their honest smile when they are leaving and when i saw they write me great reviews and i know that is honest and from hart. I have Superhost status from first summer (2018) and keeping it till than. In last 3 years i have more than 100 5 - stars, reviws and just 3 4-stars so i am now arround 4.95 And my go is to try to come to the 5.0 and keep that. But first of all my go make my guests enjoy their vacation in our Apartments That is the biggest satisfaction in this job,how hard it can be when we have 4,5 shifts in 3 days, and a lot of work to do, satisfied guests are what give you strengt to keep it on
