Atsushi and his wife are great hosts, we felt very welcome and enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere the minute we arrived. The vegan dinner and breakfast are definitely worth a try and we would love to stay here again!

ゆったりとした雰囲気の中で過ごせます。 食事が美味しくて家族みんな気に入っていました。 夜は涼しく、快適に過ごせました。 近くの川で遊んだり、周辺の観光スポットも回りやすかったです。 ホストさんも温かく迎えてくださいました。 車で来るとき若干迷ったので、お店のHPも見てみるとよいかもしれません。

Thank you so much for welcoming us to your lovely home. we had the most beautiful and relaxing time. The house is very beautiful traditional Japanese house, relaxing and welcoming, with a lovely view of the surrounding area. we were lucky to visit on cherry blossom time and we could see the cherry trees from our room window. the hosts warm up the house with wood stove which give such a sweet and clamming feeling. dinner was so rich - while listening to lovely music playlist that the host made, we enjoyed a big vegan meal, so beautifully served and so healthy. with the host recommendation we went to Sumatakyo - it is hotspring small village - and we had wonderful nature walk and we could dip in hot spring with very good natural water. we really had great time - thank you so much, we hope to visit again soon, Dai and Hila

素敵なホストのお二人が温かく出迎えていただける、素敵なところです。静かで澄んだ空気の中で、築270年以上の古民家に宿泊できます。 3月はまだ少し寒かったですが、薪ストーブや湯たんぽそして、ホストのお二人の温かいお気遣いとおもてなしのお陰でとても良い気持ちで過ごせました。

where do i start? the place is really cool. i visited in january winter and i just love sitting beside the fireplace, listening to the fire crackle with jazz music on. Atsushi's so thoughtful in making the place so welcoming. He's so patient and responded to all my questions and so quickly! made arrangements for food and he even went a mile further to help me make arrangements for local onsen place. this place is not near a city but thats what i was going for - peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle.
