Michelle's place was perfect for our young family. It had everything we needed and Michelle provided lots of information to help us decide how to spend our time on the Island. A lovely little cottage, we'd love to return sometime.

Great place for a weekend getaway. Michelle is very nice and answers all my questions promptly. The property is exactly the same as what is described: - bring own linen (which we don’t mind as I think it’s much hygienic) - massive modern bathroom - full equipped and renovated kitchen - nice kids room with lots of toys (even legos) and kids movies. - 5mins walking to the beach and 15mins walking to the main street Overall, we had a great time and strongly recommend this place for small families like us.

We loved our stay on Phillip Island at Michelle’s beautiful home. Wish we had longer! The house was exactly as described and very comfortable. Great bathroom with huge walk in shower. Comfy beds. Very well equipped kitchen. Suited our family of 4 very well and the kids loved the books and toys in the bedroom with the bunks. For such a little island Phillips Island has so much to offer and a great place for kids. We enjoyed Amaze N Things, the little penguins and a morning of go kart racing!

The good points: - great location, only a 20 min walk to the centre of Cowes - Michelle was a great communicator in the lead up to our stay - the toys and books in the 2nd bedroom were a nice touch Overall I would recommend the place but note the following: - you need to take your own sheets and towels. I missed this when i originally booked. Not a deal breaker but i did think it was unusual and slightly inconvenient - the bathroom isn’t the most practical for those with young kids. There is no bath and no door on the shower so when we were showering the kids the water went everywhere making the floor slippery. Given we were only provided with a couple of small hand towels and had only brought enough towels to use for drying, we were limited in what we could dry the floor with. - there is no wifi or smart tv. Again not a deal breaker but given our kids went to bed early it would have been nice to have especially since the 4g reception wasn’t great

Really enjoyed my second stay at Michelle's lovely place. It has a very well stocked pantry, great kids room with toys and books and a nice outdoor space for meals.
