The room was clean and good for a couple of nights in the city. The area didn't feel super safe, so be prepared to use Uber, etc.

It’s basically a wellkept hostile with a bit more privacy - which for the price is perfect. It was pristine, though the kitchen was hard to find and there didn’t seem to be any directions to find it - or the other nook with a toaster oven. Details changed from day to day; The listing shows check-in until 9pm, but they were gone by 6:30 - not ideal when traveling all day. They did thoughtfully send the check-in instructions. One day they said late checkout was at 3, and the next 2:30. They also charge for late checkout which is uncommon. They did allow us to check out an hour later without the fee, so they weren’t totally inflexible. It’s a good neighborhood to stay aware in, because of the economic nature of its downtown landscape. It’s clearly been decimated by gentrification - across the street was a deluxe high rise; while un-housed people scattered below. Never felt unsafe. Closing the windows kept the noise down, and with the fan running, there was no disturbance from outside.
