Excellent spot. Quiet at night and close to two metro stations, grocery and more. We traveled with twin toddlers and they made our stay so easy!

The apartment has a big living room. Also the area was quiet, and we had nice night.

Al llegar me encontré con Marta, que tiene su inmobiliaria justamente al lado de la entrada del edificio. Muy amable y comunicadora. Me ha presentado su apartamento y dado algunas instrucciones. La limpieza del apartamento realmente muy buena, el apartamento olía a limpio! En la ducha hay agua caliente y en ningún momento se acabó el agua caliente, un detalle importante en invierno. Realmente estupendo. El único detalle incómodo fue que en un momento que estuve entrando al apartamento he notado que algunas veces la vecina observaba através de su puerta, incluso en un momento ha abierto la puerta para ver quién estaba entrando y me ha parecido muy incómodo. Por lo demás todo perfecto.

Unfortunately very poor communication from the host. No check-in instructions were provided, the host wasn't responding, so we were stuck outside for a long time until a neighbor was able to tell us where the host (Marta) worked. Also, at check-in the host authorizes your credit card for 300 euros, which gives them a lot of control over you, instead of using the Airbnb process for potential damage reimbursement. Then the checkout instructions contained confusing information ("leave keys on table but not behind lockdoor otherwise we will charge you"), which doesn't make any sense since the front door automatically locks itself; again I had trouble reaching the host for an explanation. The very poor communication by the host created a poor experience for what could've been a good stay.
