This was by far one of the best places we have stayed. The pictures do not do it justice. The views are spectacular! Ivan and Francesca were very responsive to all our questions. They made recommendations for restaurants and more! One very important thing is the beds are very comfortable which made staying there even better. Do not hesitate to book this beautiful place!

Ci siamo trovati molto bene in questa location dove abbiamo trascorso il capodanno con un altra coppia di amici. Cucina ben fornita con brace olandese fuori veramente interessante. La vista è veramente molto bella e il borgo è magico. La camera al piano di sopra e il bagno sono bellissimi mentre la camera da letto sotto ha poco spazio per i bagagli ed è sicuramente meno bella della camera top con vista in alto quindi abbiamo tirato a sorte e a me e alla mia ragazza ha detto male. Il bagno di sotto ha bisogno probabilmente di una nuova testa per la doccia perché l acqua scendeva poco. Gli host ci hanno spiegato tutto e la signora delle pulizie Federica è stata fantastica pulendo benissimo e facendoci fare qualche risata Toscana mentre ci dava dei consigli sulla zona. Ci siamo trovati molto molto bene.

This place was amazing! The view will stay with us forever. Everything exceeded our expectations! The hosts offered so many recommendations that were terrific. The beds and linens were heavenly. Can’t say enough about all the personal touches from Francesca and Ivan. Just lovely!

Absolutely delightful stay! Francesca and Ivan have truly outdone themselves as exceptional hosts. Their warm hospitality and attention to detail made our visit truly memorable. The property itself is a haven of tranquility – a seamless blend of contemporary elegance and rustic charm. Every corner is thoughtfully appointed, exuding a chic ambiance that still retains an authentic Tuscan feel. Nestled amidst the picturesque Tuscan vineyards, the setting is nothing short of a dream. The serene landscapes and the gentle rustling of the vines added an unparalleled touch to our vacation. We are genuinely eager to return and would wholeheartedly recommend this gem to anyone seeking a perfect Tuscan retreat.

Such tasteful updates in such a perfectly rustic setting. The property and the landscape surrounding are picturesque and tranquil! This is a cozy stay for a couple looking to relax in Tuscany while being close to some great cities, such as; Sienna and San Gimignano. The wifi doesn’t really work. So if you are traveling internationally and are relying on wifi access, it’s not a good connection even though the house is well wired. Should be addressed. We did hire a cook one night - Simone. He knows the space well and cooked a fun meal! There’s not much directly in the area for a restaurant or night out that’s walkable so this was a great option, but costly for grocery store food vs. a butcher or deli or market selection. Great communication and the hosts provide a good package of info on the surrounding area! Would stay again! The daily clean is a really nice touch! Thanks for such a lovely part of our trip!
