Rented this property as an 11 days getaway and this was advertised as clean, with minimum clutter, no carpet, location, size and value. Did they deliver? Read below The good stuff: Average clean, decent size, good price and location. communication with the real state was good and clear. The not soo good: 1. I was surprised that you have to bring your own line; paid for a company to get linen which was of average quality and the factor had to pay with a credit card over the phone this is a risk of credit data and in violation of PCI standard. I was very uncomfortable doing that but had not been given another choice. A better solution can be to pay the linen provider over a secure webpage or pay at the real estate in cash/card on the day of key collection. Honestly, this is not good enough in today's days 2. The property wasn't properly clean and dusted. The stove, splashback and oven were greasy, the slats of the plantation shutter were dirty and some of them were broken, windows were not dusted, turned on the air conditioner and was blowing air and dust (needed maintenance), on the bedroom the exhaust fan was absolutely dirty. Someone with a strong dust allergy wouldn't stay there. 3. Only used the downstairs bathroom, shower drain needs to be clean and unblock, easy had a flood every time we had a shower. Get a plumber/handyman to unblock the drain 4. Minimal stuff but that was way too minimal, there was a nice balcony (main bedroom) and outdoor area ( main entrance) but no chair and table to sit outside. The kitchen equipment was done with cheap stuff from Kmart, water kettle lid broken and spilling water, cutlery low quality and from different brands, chopping boards too old, etc. The TV is too old and a terrible sound system. The dining table is functional but too daggy and old, plus one chair was broken. In summary, I think the owner transfer their old furniture to this holiday place and not make really home appealing. I give the credit the sofa it was comfortable 5. Walls need to be clean and painted it was disgusting to see many marks and the paint job was done terrible, something to really improve. Good location if you had a wedding to go to at the Anchorage. Only a 5 min walk

Easily one of the best Airbnb houses I have ever rented. Beautiful flooring and a very spacious house. The kitchen is amazing as well. Kids loved the bunker bed. Would be great if they fix the garage access. It rained heavily when we were there. Would definitely visit again.
