Nicole was an incredibly proactive and responsive host! The home was absolutely lovely—bright, open, spacious, comfortable and well-stocked from kitchen to bathroom. Since I spent most of the time in the house for a week I cooked every day and most meals and loved moving around the kitchen which was well stocked with everything we needed. Since we visited in the spring time the blooming flowers and trees made walking the neighborhood even more charming and delightful. There’s some little girls that live next door and they play during the day (which didn’t bother me at all). Just wanted to share since you may hear them (some days we did others we didn’t). But I think they added to the charm of the space with a feel of neighborhood. They’d skate or ride their bikes outdoors. Overall such a comfortable and familial stay. Would 100% stay again.

This is our second time staying at Nicole’s place. It is truly fabulous. The beds are incredibly comfortable and the decor is so good! The street is very quaint and safe. The location is wonderful and super close to our favorite restaurant Old Scratch! You truly must stay here. It’s so worth it from every aspect!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Dayton, and a lot of that had to do with this place. Our host was excellent and I would stay here again.

our stay at Nicole's place was absolutely wonderful! Best spot in Dayton hands down! Very comfy, warm, and welcoming. Extremely clean and has all you need to accommodate the stay! Such beautiful decor, Zen and relaxing! Such comfortable beds made it hard to get out and see the sights daily. 😁 Nichole was a beyond amazing host! Helpful and Made our stay even better than the home it's self. Whenever I am back in Dayton, this is where I will be!!! Would rate a "10" if it was only possible!
