I was astonished at the beauty of this property. The description could not capture how absolutely magical this home is… The property as well with the wonderful animals is enchanting. The decorating looks like something out of architectural digest… You feel as though you’re staying in a mansion when you walk in the door! The cleanliness of the bathrooms, kitchen must be complimented … As I am sensitive to sensitive products, I am happy to report that they use none in this home… I find Airbnb travel challenging because many people favor potpourri ,essential oils, fabric, softeners, and dryer sheets… This eliminates me as a customer. Ryan assured me that there would be no scented products in the home and he was 100% accurate! For this I am very grateful. All that you could hope for to have a peaceful restful and wonderful stay is seen too at this property… the backyard looks out on the pasture and stargazing is amazing… the upstairs balcony is perfect for a cup of tea at sunrise.

This is a beautiful home and we truly enjoyed our stay. Family love waking up to the animals, love seeing the deer roam in the early morning. Hope to stay here again in the future. Thanks again!

We spent a few nights in Fredericksburg, and The Villa was a fantastic home base. The house was spacious and comfortable and very, very clean. After some long day hikes, the bathtub and king bed were everything we needed to rest and relax. I can't recommend this place enough. It's charming and very comfortable. We loved it. Thanks, Ryan!
