Our week at Kate’s was fantastic! The house was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed for “staying in”, with plenty of stores, restaurants, vineyards and other places to explore a short drive away. The deck and walkway around the entire house were in “barefoot” condition and provided different views and sun or shade seating throughout the day, including stunning sunrises and sunsets! The turf backyard was also a highlight for us, where we took advantage of the basketball hoop and ping pong table and also played catch with our football and lacrosse sticks. Kate was responsive and communicated clearly prior to arrival and throughout our stay and although we didn’t need to take advantage of on-site staff, we were glad to know they were close by. Thanks again Kate for our favorite Airbnb stay yet!

Kate was quick to respond when we had questions before booking. The house is beautiful, clean and organized. The location is secluded. The beach access is great and we rarely saw anyone on the beach when walking. Perfect place to unplug and unwind!

This place is a dream, from the moment you drive up to the house you are basked in beautiful light from the water. Magnificent sunsets and gorgeous water and beach pretty much all to yourselves! The view from the living room is stunning! The house is impeccable, clean, comfortable and gorgeously designed. WE had the best time and can not wait to come back next year! Kate was a great host, very responsive and helpful. Thank you for hosting us in the gorgeous slice of heaven beach home!!

My family and I had the good fortune to have stayed at this beautiful property for our annual summer vacation. It is rare these days to find a place that is exactly as advertised! The photos are as wonderful as they appear, the property is truly breathtaking! We enjoyed waking up every morning and having coffee on the deck, overlooking the amazing views of the sound. My family has diverse tastes and preferences but we all agreed that the house was immaculately decorated, everything easily accessible and placed just right, with space for everyone and endless activities to keep us all entertained! There were wineries, walkable towns, farms and even islands to explore. The aquarium in Riverhead was a great treat for the kids! Others of us preferred lounging on the beach, and the one this property is hard to top! The beautiful rocky shore offers privacy and seclusion, warm waters, and even an area that is shaded with 4 lounge chairs to relax on and just listen to the tranquility of the waves. If you want to avoid the sand, lounging on the deck was just as pleasant! From there you can watch the spectacular sunsets every night which were so enthralling, that we actively tried to be at the house to watch them every night! We cannot recommend this house highly enough. No matter what your preferences are, there is something here for everyone!
