Casa Yardena is an incredible house with all of the creature comforts and amenities that you'd expect. The 9 bedrooms are spread out over the main house which accounts for 4 and 5 cottages in the front yard/entrance area which is very green and lush. It's a great setup that offers a lot of privacy. I can't say enough about the incredible chefs that wowed us at every meal, they were simply fantastic. The team at Tulum Luxury Collection are also wonderful. They are very attentive and professional, and get the job done efficiently and quickly... there is no "island time" when it comes to their expedience. I would however urge guests to read the term and conditions, since there are restrictions and the management enforce these very strongly, namely guests, visitors, outside vendors etc. It all makes total sense since it's a gated community and they need to ensure that everything is orderly. All in all a wonderful time in a great environment and wonderful home.

Our stay at Casa Yardena was incredible. Our group of 15 loved every minute of our stay there. The concierge staff was kind, helpful, accommodating, and easy to correspond with. They were extremely quick to respond to any questions or needs we had. The chefs were awesome, all of our meals were fresh and delicious. The house staff was kind and professional. The property is gorgeous! Quick note about the guest houses- they are inside the gate on one side of the front entrance as you walk towards the main house (not behind the main house in the pool area). They are beautiful, spacious and safe. The whole experience was wonderful and we hope to be back again.

Incredible house right on the beach w beautiful views of the sunrise! The concierge were always attentive to our requests. The in house chef was so nice and accommodating…. not to mention the food was incredible!

Had a fantastic time with 10 of my friends at Casa Yardena! The staff and concierge team made everything happen for us in a timely manner. Would love to stay there again!

On the Airbnb website this location boasts pictures of white sandy beach and blue waters and per their quote “ snorkel in the aquamarine waters of the bay”… “Enjoy the fresh air” but what we encountered upon arrival was toxic fumes from hydrogen sulfide gas and ammonia gas Which is toxic to humans and causes shortness of breath and breathing problems. We had four children with us two of which require inhalers for shortness of breath and asthma exacerbation. Upon arrival when we encountered this, we immediately discussed with the host That we could not stay there. Neither the host nor Airbnb who was contacted upon arrival immediately helped us find accommodations on a Saturday night in rural Mexico and we had to scramble and find a ride back to Cancun and book a very expensive hotel for our one week stay. After paying extensive amount of money to stay on this beach, the host refused to refund us, And Airbnb was not helpful in mediating the process. The host did not contact us to inform us of what was occurring at the location prior to arrival which would have been the right form of communication. Airbnb did not help us resolve the issue and did not abide by their own policies (see 4.1, 4.2, 4.3 in host responsibilities and reimbursements to the guest)
