The place was great, extremely convenient to crab island restaurant and more. The location is amazing when bringing your boat ver centrally located. The back deck could use some attention but other than that we had a great time!

Overall the place was a good deal for the location on the water. The kitchen had basic cooking items but NO salt and pepper. I've never stayed an an airbnb with a kitchen that did not have at least salt and pepper for the guests. The sheets in the guest bedroom also had a brown stain on them which was quite gross and we could not use them. For these reasons I took away a star. The location was great but some things need improvement.
