Roman was amazing in terms of communication. Any time we sent a message he answered right away. Very helpful. The place was nice although dated. The view was great. However, the beds were very hard and uncomfortable. For an older couple like us, we really had a hard time. Also the paddle boards and kayak were there but there was no way to launch them as the dock was too low and the beach was close but there was no way we could carry them there. Would have been nice to have a dishwasher.

The townhouse is VERY beautiful. Everything you need is there. If you didn't want to leave and it was warm enough to hang out at the pool or on the small Xanadu Beach nearby, the location would be just fine.(It was too cold for us in Dec.) However, this townhouse is on the more residential side of town and there is nothing to do unless you drive into Lucaya, and grocery stores are too far to walk to. Also, properties don't have house numbers/addresses so it's tricky getting a cab. We used cabs the whole time because there were no rental cars. None of our drivers knew where Dundee Bay Drive was and no one had heard of "The Cay" because the complex has no sign. (Use Xanadu Beach to get them close and wait on the road.) We only found the townhouse on the ride from the airport because I saw the bright turquoise building from the corner and recognized it from the photos. Had it been night, we never would have found it! Property is great, but get a rental car! (British driving rules apply.

Great location - central to Port Lucyan and many beaches. Felt safe and at home at Romans place!
