When we arrived, initially no one was there. Juan came a little later and let us in. When we first saw the kitchen and bathroom, we weren't particularly impressed. All the fittings in the bathroom were dirty and the water only came out very sparsely from the tap. The oven, stove tops and the oven were extremely dirty. The windows throughout the house are also dirty. Elena came over very quickly and cleaned everything quickly. Juan fixed the faucet. We were very lucky with the weather as it was sunny and not overly cold. So we were able to make do with the small gas stove as a heater. The heater is currently not operational. Since the water pump is also defective, you have to let the water run for a long time until warm water comes. Because of Elena and Juan's kindness we stayed and we still felt very comfortable over time. The villa is well located and is beautiful in itself. The car could always be safely parked on the street.

Loved our time here. Palma is accessible by bus lines and has very nice small local beaches. Cute market nearby very quiet neighborhood.

Nos quedamos durante 5 días en el apartamento de Elena, ella y su familia son encantadores y nos recibieron con una sonrisa, el apartamento tenía todo lo indispensable y era muy acogedor. Ninguna dificultad para aparcar delante del apartamento y un sitio muy tranquilo. Si quieres pasar unas vacaciones tranquilas sin duda este es tu sitio. ¡Volvería sin ninguna duda!
